Curtis P. Page, MD
Dr. Curtis Page is a local product, graduating from Tempe’s Marcos De Niza High School in 1984. Dr. Page completed his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry from Occidental College in Pasadena, California.
Dr. Page then went onto Harvard Medical School in Boston Massachusetts where he graduated in 1994. While at Harvard he completed a research fellowship in wound healing and skin biology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Department of Plastic Surgery. He later completed 2 years of a General Surgery residency at Emory University in Atlanta from 1994-1997 and later a Family Practice residency in Brooklyn, NY at the Lutheran Medical Center in 2000.
Dr. Page returned to Tempe in 2001 and joined his father’s practice, then known as Tempe Primary Care Associates. Dr. Page is double board certified in Family Practice and Addiction Medicine. More recently Dr. Page has developed an interest in health care reform and currently serves as the CEO & President of the Commonwealth Primary Care Accountable Care Association (CPCACO); an entity that represents over 50 primary care practices in Maricopa County and Flagstaff. The CPCACO is primarily focused on improving the healthcare delivery system by placing primary care and their patients at the center of the healthcare paradigm.
With a focus on advanced chronic disease management and population health, Dr. Page has taken a heightened interest in programs that are capable of improving both the quality and cost of health care. As a member of the National Lipid Association and a graduate of the Bale and Doneen method, Dr. Page is actively practicing advanced lipid testing and cardiovascular prevention programs. In what little spare time he has Dr. Curtis Page enjoys traveling with his wife and four sons, deep sea fishing, and hunting.
